I have 15 years of experience as a personal trainer in NYC. I use customized programs to help a diverse clientele meet their fitness goals. Leaning on my education and my passion for all things fitness and performance related, I introduce evidence-based methods to keep clients engaged, safe, and strong. My fitness principles

  • Consistency - It takes time and effort. When you make exercise a regular part of your routine, it becomes easier to maintain other healthy habits like eating well, getting enough sleep, and managing stress. Commitment is a MINDSET.

  • Mobility - Moving better will reduce the risk of injury, alleviate pain and discomfort, improve your performance in the gym and as well as your life/hobbies outside of the gym.

  • Safety is key - Preventing injury requires knowledge. My program always focuses on preventing injury and avoiding exacerbating underlying health conditions.

  • Know your “WHY?” - Deciding what you are going to the gym for is essential for long-term success. Whether it is to outdrive your colleagues, ski the alps or recover from an old injury - establishing “WHY” is crucial.

  • HAVE FUN - Exercising should not feel like a punishment, it should enhance your physical and mental wellbeing. I am dedicated to making exercise interesting and enjoyable.
